The dealership was easily accessible and someone was available to help me as soon as I walked in to the service department. My service advisor Jason was friendly but not very informative and I didn’t really feel like he knew much about which services were performed on the vehicle. I have limited knowledge on cars so I was expecting maybe a run down of what was performed and how the car looked as I’ve had at other dealers but it just felt a bit short.

I didnt work with the sales department but the service department and Jeff really helped with my car and he even diagnosed a recall that I wasn't even aware of and got it taken care of same day! But, once these problems were fixed, the Service Attendant called me aside & apologized, at length, for the breakdown/delay in responding to my car's problem. Every time I come in for an oil change I end up waiting for over an hour as you are short staffed. I get it hiring is hard but maybe you need to adjust your business. They also wanted me to get the 60,000 tune up and in looking at what would be done there was only one item that hadn't been recently done and they couldn't see that in the records.

Michael Charrey and Kevin Bender listened to my reasons for car hunting. The 2023 Jetta SE matched my commute needs. The sales deal was straightforward with NO markups of any kind. In fact I received a 500.00 law enforcement incentive. After 130 miles my new Jetta is getting 46.1 mpg. The car is quiet and rides smoothly over Tacoma's many pot holes.
