Fabulous purchasing experience. My wife was looking for a car. I was able to set an appointment with someone at the dealership, Andrew met with her and within 3 hours she was out the door with the car she chose! Full tank of gas, fresh wash and detail! She was able to get a two year warranty in addition to her purchase of a nice second hand vehicle! Very polite customer service and no pressure! In total it was a preferable experience compared to some dealerships!

Worked with Kevin Bender at Auburn VW to get the exact Atlas SEL Premium R Line I wanted. He was able to find the only exterior color, interior configuration and color I wanted in the PNW. Process was fairly quick and received a price I was happy with. Kevin stayed in contact through the entire process, which was longer than expected due to my schedule, but he still stuck with me throughout. If you are buying from Auburn VW ask for Kevin, he will be upfront and easy to work with.
